Annt59, here’s your block. It’s gone thru several incarnations but this is my final choice. I had some difficulty with the lack of contrast with the reds and greens so I put in the deep gold batik. I hope you’ll be happy with it.

My last three for today. First up is for annt59. It's a Christmas Friendship Star. I know this is a simple block, Ann, but the larger pieces showcase your fabric better to me. It's too pretty to hide!
Second and third ones are for ibex94, a Patriotic 9 Patch and a Star of Valor. Hope y'all like them.

I only have two more to do and I'll be finished.

Whew, that’s a relief! I like it now but it started out quite differently. Glad I made the changes then. Enjoy your evening.

Great blocks, Libster! I like how you showcased Annt’s fabric. I don’t like cutting large prints up either. And your blocks for ibex are really nice choices. I like the way you worked with the stripes to get movement in the star. I’m pretty stumped with her fabric so kudos to you.

Nice blocks, sbg. I particularly like the nifty nine patch. My eye is drawn to the center.

Janice very pretty block for Annt, think the gold really enhances the block

Your Scouts star is so much prettier than the one in the book Sew...I never would have used that with the colors in the book!! Great job!! I think sometimes if you look at the black and white patterns in Angle Play its alot better than looking at the ones in color because I sometimes judge the colors not the blocks. Great job!! Libster your blocks are always so sharp looking! great job everyone.
