Janice-your quilt will be soft and comfy - and you get to make new quilts as he/she grows.
Biblistone - love your blocks - I can see a few fabrics I can remember working with - brings a smile to my morning!
what size are you rectangles? - great idea and love the look of them.

Hi, good to hear from you! The whites are 2.5 squares and the rectangles are 2.5 x 4.5.

Also, do any of you use a starter and ender project while working on your boom blocks? I started doing this free Now and Later pattern after about half my blocks were done and have already completed about 1/6 of the pieces that the pattern calls for. I am using up all my odds and ends of my WOW fabric. Not as stunning as Janice's use of WOW, but I am sure someone will love it. My colors will be more random since I plan to just pull them out of a box and not try to arrange the pieces by color.

As to hives, make sure they check your medications. It took several tries before the doctor found a cholesterol medicine that did not give me hives.
I am currently making (another) baby quilt using the depression block. The first one, the fabric failed after I washed the finished quilt. Talk about the nightmare. I quickly had to get beyond that and am making another one again using the depression block with 1930 repo's. It will take me a bit to adjust to the different background as it is a bit more dominate than the background on the first quilt.

As far as hives go I have an ointment the dr. gave me to deal with hives when I accidentally eat a raw tomato which I am allergic to. An allergist should be able to help you out with that .

Good evening, Night Owls. So our latest update. I've received from everyone whose name is in bold print below. SuziSew's should arrive on schedule Thursday. Yay! Just waiting to hear from Smglover207.

I plan to ship again a few days early as long as everything comes in on time. I've got some minor surgery on Wednesday of next week and want to have all packages out of here before then so I don't have to fuss with that. (It's a tiny basal cell on my nose.) Anyway, if there is anyone who will have a problem receiving their blocks a few days early, please let me know. Fingers crossed this weather doesn't wreak havoc on the mail system. It's 31 degrees now and dropping into the low 20's tonight. Brrrrr.

Thanks everyone! I'll let you know how things go in the next day or two.
