I got two done and photos taken. Bibliostone - I have your beer going round but not a drop spilled.
Marcialee - I took two pics and both came out totally off color. It is a green not teal!!
I have been making face masks - local places have been asking and I also wanted to share some with neighbors.
Thats it - hope all is staying away from crowds.

I took the week off from sewing and went into gardening while we had some sunshine!. Planted about 30 cabbages, 180 onions, 40 broccoli, snap peas, cauliflower, and Chinese cabbage. Hubby did all the digging this year. Luckily he tilled the garden early winter because it is so wet now all I can do is make a hole and drop in the plant.

Travelinggram - I have never done a block with rounded edges. Yours looks great! They are now on my bucket list.

Klaws - Love your blocks. The Pink background added to the super bright flower print, totally changes the color scheme. So neat how mixing colors can change the over all appearance

Juliasb - my block. The snowman Christmas print is wonderful and adds more snow! snow! Thank you

Janice - The block you did for Quiltinglaywer has such great color combinations. I never would have paired them but they look great.

All the blocks look so good. Now that the rain is back, I'll be sewing again..

Bugaroo it’s hard to imagine gardening, we had more snow yesterday

TG love your beer block, have never learned my angle play ruler

i sewed a block this morning and started a second one. Easing into it with old time favorite blocks.

How many of you are from states that are in home and stay. Minnesota hasn’t declared it yet but being in the high risk category I have only been staying put. Hoping to go to post office and mail a small package.

I am in Washington, and our governor just declared shelter in place officially last night (not to take effect until wednesday). Which is actually rather late, since we were the first hotspot in the US. So I am curious to see how it will affect things over the next few days. I work in healthcare, so unfortunately, it doesn't actually mean anything to me and I still have to work, though I would rather be at home quilting!

LAF2019, no shelter in place order here although I wouldn't be surprised if one comes down. We're part of metro Atlanta and our cases are definitely growing. We're sticking very close to home, only going to the grocery store when necessary. I really want to go to my LQS for some fabric for a binding I need but it's just not worth the risk. I'm working entirely from my stash for this swap as well.

I like the beer block very much, that tumbling effect is perfect with the beer fabric.

Bugaroo, color choice was simple. Those fabric colors are in the f8. They work together in the print so I just went diving through the stash until I found some that matched.

Terriamn, glad you are back to sewing! Hope you feel better and better with each successive day.

Macybaby, love the snowman block! It is beautiful! As I'm new with EQ8, I have printed patterns I've made to cut material by the directions. I've not used the printout as an actual pattern yet. Nor have I paper pieced but it's on my bucket list!!! Thank you.

I just broke out and went to post office and grocery store. Hubby wasn’t to happy with me but I needed a break. Bought some fresh fruit and veggies so we are good to go for awhile.

Omce again the sewing was fine but the cutting is still a killer. Pushing down on the rotary cutter is something we take for granted till you have limited use of your arms. But in the long run the pain is actually worth it just to be down in the sewing room

LAF will be praying for your safety.
