Have4boys - love my blocks.. Thank you!
I have been busy this week trying to finish up my job application. Who knew there are so many forms and tutorials to do just for a part time job. I finally got a chance to spend some time reading the blog. There is so much going on and the blocks are great... My package is still sitting on my sewing table. Hopefully I can get through taking all the requirement job videos and find sometime to work on the blocks.

I'm using traditional piecing. I worked really hard on the points. I did have to redo a couple things especially when I realized that one of my fabrics was also directional!
And a tip - when I cut up the veggies into 2 1/2 inch squares it was tricky to see which way was up! And one of the pieces the back looked like the front. I caught that before I sewed it in!
