What pretty blocks, AHWU! Especially thank you for mine. You found some nice block designs I haven't seen before. The Fischer Price block is great.

Good morning, all. We’ve got a nice cool morning so I’m enjoying a cup of coffee outside. Hope you each have such a pleasant moment today in your busy lives.

Ahwu, I’ve added your beautiful blocks to the gallery.

It would really help if I attached the images, rather than leave them to your imagination, huh.

Is anyone, current boomer only, interested in a copy of Marge Edie’s Bargello Quilts? It’s in unused condition. If so, email me and when I return blocks to you, I’ll include it in the package.

edited to add: I also have a Ricky Tims’ Convergence Quilts.

Thank you Terri for my Martha Washington block. I love it and can't wait to see all of them together.
I just have one more border to put on my grandniece's quilt then off to the LQS for quilting. I'm hoping to start on my blocks in a day or two.

I will work on another block on Saturday. Tomorrow is another day spent with mother at the nursing home. I was there 6 hours today and she was doing pretty good. She was alert and stayed awake 15-20 minutes in the6 hours I was there. This is really good for her. She at 1 bite of ground meat and 1 bite of mashed potatoes. No appetite. I will be there at 9am tomorrow until at least 2 pm. She even recognized me today for a short while. Saturday I will be at home so I can do a bit of sewing. I am thinking of packing up my FW and just taking what I need with me. I will have that figured out before my next trip back. My sister is covering the weekend.

Good morning, boomers. Hope you have a good Father’s Day weekend planned. Our son and his family are visiting. What a pleasure to have them here, despite all the mess and paraphernalia that accompanies them. I’m surprised they got it all in the car! Having an 18 month old in the house has livened things up for us. Here’s Charlie making herself at home in our bed. What a darling! Have a great weekend and stay safe if you’re in the path of the gulf storm like we are.

Love seeing all the blocks.

I am packing as my second son and I are heading out for a week-long road trip to Yellowstone. He used to work there and told me to just show up today and then we will take off. Looking forward to it and trying not to feel guilty for leaving my moms care all on her for a week.

My wrist aches and I am ready to be out of this cast. Only 4 more weeks to go!

Janice, when would you like me to send you the complete blocks?
