Mine was the same way but I tried to print it out and it gave me two pages with all the info, go figure. I still can't get the list to merge and print labels. At this point for me it will be quicker to hand write them.

Jupiter that is what was happening to me also all format no names. Go to internet it did it terriffic for me.

Hoppy,
I will mail you 4 sets of labels if you would like. One to mail your F8, One to mail the completed block and then one for the baggy for the F8 and the baggy for the block. Just let me know and I can drop them tomorrow :-)

IT WORKS NOW!!!!!!

Whooo-hooooo!

In excel, it shows the blank grid pages, but when I told it to print, I got 2 pages with all the info.

I am good to go.....

In Excel, I opened the spread sheet and didn't see the info there. Up at the top of the Excel page, I used the zoom % window and moved the size up to 200%. The info is there... even when I moved it back down to 100% or even less.

That be known, we should be able to make labels and merge stuff. Just have to learn how to do that part next! lol
