When is the next BOOM? It seems some people are already ready for it.

Jaba, do you have a picture of the quilt you made with the panels? Id love to see a finished one to give me an idea of what to do. Thanks so much!

Many places list it as Attic Windows.

Thanks Judy. Ive heard of Attic Windows but never attempted it ....yet! Im always looking for new ways to sash a quilt. I have enough blocks for a blue/white quilt and when I get the rest of the blocks back from this swap Ill have enough for a mauve, romantic quilt also. I have problems deciding what colors to sash with but I like sashing between the blocks. Thats why I like to see pictures of finished projects to give me inspiration!

Glad that helped you and yes attic windows. I didn't want to miter all those corners so I just made 1/2 triangle squares instead, hence kind of my own pattern. Just figured out the right size. I really love this quilt and enjoy looking at it when I'm long-arming a quilt(in the same room) and it covers up the ugly fabric, weird floral, on the hide a bed. Dual purpose, works for me!!
