oh such cute snowmen! I received a block from terriamn today that is not my fabric. this is a black Christmas fabric with green holly leaves, ornaments gold metallic to it.. it was made with white fabric. My fabric was some Christmas with angels and deer, some red with birds and mailboxs Christmas, some others were brown with yellow and lime green accents either flowers or birds.. so this is truly not mine! if its yours let me know I can send it forward to you no troubles. if you get mine.. well youuuu whoooo here I am!

I spent 4 days in Cody, 2 years ago, waiting for the road to Yellowstone to be cleared of a snow avalanche. It gave us a couple of extra days to check out the area. I loved it there. We visited a lot of great places and met many wonderful people. I hope to get back that way someday.

Can you post a pic of the fabric? This could be one of mine. I sent out a lot of different Christmas fabric and honestly don't remember what I sent until I see the fabric. This boom really is like Christmas. I sent out a bunch of different fabric and it's always a surprise when I open the ones coming back!

I have received all fabrics, except from happylab. (Maybe, we should start a dog name group!) I have received blocks from elizabrat (I sent one to you today), and nanakathy. I'll take pictures after I get my memory card back from a friend's computer.

Hi HappyLab, I am glad you posted this. Your F8 is the only one I am missing. I love batiks and have tons of batik charm squares. Will be watching for yours to come.

I'd like to tell you that's true but Thanksgiving is ahead with St. Pat close behind. Christmas has taken over 3rd place and Patriotic and Easter are tied for last.

Hello, fellow swappers. I have sent out all of my f8's. So in the next week, everyone should recieve them in the mail.
Next week I wil start working on making the adult blocks for everyone in this group. One side note, I forgot to mention in my little note in the f8 envelopes, please don't use the color white either. Bye for now and Happy sewing!

Just checking. I sent finished blocks out and have not seen any comments that you have received them. Perhaps I missed them. I just want to make sure they are not lost.
Blocks sent out 7-22 to Alikat110, Gaijin, ljdugas, & NanaKathy55.
Blocks sent out 8-1 to AnneMixon, goldendog55, & missgigglewings.

    Thanks

Gaijin, hey girl you sure are quiet! I hope life is treating all of you well and that your blocks are arriving finally. I know last time you had so many who did not send to you so crossing fingers you receive them all this time! this group is really on top of things so I doubt you will have any troubles at all.

I love the blocks that I have received and after clinic will take a new updated group shot to share how lovely they are all and how great I think they will work together. I know I sent some pretty interesting lol fabric but combined its turning out pretty cool its a quilt for my son in law to be and I think they will like the earthy browns, the 'cool' green that is in the fabric (they are both in their early 20's) and the touch of yellow is just enough to liven it up. not too much which is why I requested just the browns or the green. I am going to thin frame them with cream then add another frame with the green in it .. Asa will love it. even if its weird fabric.. thanks Travelinggramma for mentioning it lol.. yeah its weird. I agree but it was a whopping 3.00 a yard and its quality fabric and the colors were what I bought it for not the pattern. phew!
