When I took my F8th to the PO the lady said the way I had my fabric folded left a hump or ridge you could feel on the outside of the envelope. She said it would not go through their machines and would have to be handled by hand so it would cost more. If I refolded the fabric so it was the size of the envelope and left no ridges then it is cheaper. I took all my envelopes home, tore them open and started over. I could see it made a big difference. I really appreciate her help.
I learn something new everyday. If anyone didn't have enough postage added please let me know.

I just started my fall table runner swap in case anyone is interested in signing up. check it out! I think it will be a popular swap as fall really starts the whole run before Christmas! and you can always take the one you swap with and use it as a holiday gift! get your mind running... I gave my daughter a handmade item for each month of the year this last year as her birthday gift. Every month near the first of the month she received a new wall hanging.. She loved it and the little goodies I sent with it (candies etc or potholders). I hope she likes the runners she will get this year.

Nana Kathy, I got your Patriotic and Christmas blocks. They are beautiful. I'm so brain dead on the cross-grain cutting blocks. Could I have the pattern (please don't tell my you made it up :-( )

Pitcture of Nana kathy block is below along with a pic of all the blocks I've received so far.

Trying to catch up on my self imposed 1 block a day project. Dahna, you have a grownup in the mail. You can peek in my album, if you like.

I received this block a couple of days ago from travelinggramma. I love the design. It is a block I've never done. It looks hard. Is it paper pieced? Thanks a bunch.

I sent blocks out today to missgigglewings, goldendog55, and AnneMixon. Hope you like them. They are posted in my album if you want to see.

I also received this wonderful block from ljdugas. I love it. I really like the fabric you added to make the block. Thank you for all your time and effort.
