Wow! You girls have really been busy! I have received all the F8's in the maia group except one. I have finished two blocks, I feel like I am sooo behind. Today was the last day for Physical Therapy so I'll have some extra time this coming week. At least it feels like extra time to me.

I was just checking to see when Missgigglewings posted last and it looks like July 6 and in the last post to Boom 10 she said she wanted to be in the slow group, no fast pace for her.. Is it a mistake that shes on the "Fast" list April??Not like her not to send fabric when its suppose to be! Ive been in several swaps and shes very dependable! Anyone heard from her?

Hello you all! It is no mistake...as we all know April very seldom makes them! I told her in a pm to put me in any group she needs me in...so she did. I have received all of this group and have mailed mine out this morning. July is race season and I have been in training for 5Ks...I race every Saturday and train on Monday, Weds and Fridays. I am also a part time nanny to a little boy, so I do stay busy year round. however I have never missed a deadline and will not miss any of these. Thanks so much for your concern...I am well and happy and as busy as a little bee!

I found everyone of my blocks on the list that catgirl posted from pintresthttp://pinterest.com/themilocat/12-inch-quilt-blocks/ It was pretty easy to figure them out. I list the name of the block I did on my album too. Some of the names can be different, just depending on where it originated. The block I did for you I always called it just the square star, but I think if you look on that list it might have a different name.

Yup it has a different name it is called cluster of stars. But really they are all the same pattern, just different options on the fabric.

Hey Missgigglewings another runner! How cool! I am working on training for a Half Marathon. Last marathon I did just took too much outta me! But My sister is going to run the half with me. We are raising money for a home for Abused Children. I love running almost as much as I love sewing. But I keep my training to early morning runs in this heat. My favorite time is in the fall, when the mornings are cold.
