The one with circles is Challis & Roos, EFR Inc 2010 for Fabric Traditions. Believe it or not, I found it at Walmart while shopping for dog food! Just saw some on eBay.
The wavy one is also Challis & Roos. I saw some in an online ad for Joann, but they were out of stock. Then I saw it on Etsy and bought some. A week later I saw it in the local Joann.
I don't know what the other patterns are. They were a gift.

Oh wow a Prince Charming quilt! Who is it going to be for?

I am wondering why I am wide awake so early, I have been up since 3 am, with not a sleepy bone in my body! I know when Miss Charleigh wakes up it will not be so wide awake LOL.

Well Berryberry is getting a red white and blue patriotic table runner for a picnic table for the 4th of July! I am really having fun designing it in my mind!

Charleigh will be going home on May 19th, but Hubby will be showing up on May 15th for two weeks! which is wonderful! I really miss him, but we all know that at times the Hubbies take up as much of our time as the 3 year olds! At least I can tell him to go out side and play and not worry about him, well at least not too much!

Mom is doing better this week in some ways, not in others~ The Doctor said she does not have dementia, well at least not any more than normal for 80, but her lung cancer has been growing and her capacity for breathing is getting a lot worse, he says she could have as little as 6 months and as long as 18 months. But it looks like she wants to come back home. We are having a family meeting and trying to figure out what is best for everyone. I am leaning towards letting her come here and just dealing with it! Sometimes knowing what the right thing to do is difficult! I love being in Oregon but miss being home, and then the traveler in me says there is a Motor home with your name on it, lets go to the east coast !!!!! You know it is funny I retired early so I could sew and travel, but it is amazing how since I am the retired one a lot of the responsibility comes my way! Give me back my 9 to 5!

I do appreciate having my quilting buddies to sound off with! I am feeling the full effects of the middle age squeeze, wanting to help My Daughter and wanting to help my Mom, while my own life seems to be on hold! But seriously it is all good and I am mostly upbeat and happy about it all.

So Bring on the Quilts, I love small pieces of fabric that I can actually control the outcome on!

Hot Toddy, you have to find balance. It will all work out this crazy thing we call life if you just find balance. You are not alone, everyone of us shoulders some burden.. your Mom is older. I am so sorry she is going through this painful time but she has lived a good life. She has lived a long life. and well.. you have a sister this is a task for two not one. This time is one you have to share your time. Growing older is not about retiring and living the good life silly girl. Its about graciously accepting that its work all the way through. Love you very much and I believe in my heart you will do what is right for all of you

onto fabric: oh what gorgeous selections! I was back up at those batiks up above and let me say there are four on the bottom you can just put aside and make a runner with me (bottom right dragon fly, purples and that pretty two tone warmer color one) oh yes those say Brat all over them. Your partner will understand that those are taken because you now have two to make!

I am partnerless this round but figure I will make one of each summer and patriotic just in case.. for now I will drool and I will post teaser pics of my runners. Worst case scenario I will be stuck with two runners I like not a horrible ending I think.

Now onto fun: Jaba (Jan) and I had a very sweet day yesterday. They all picked me up from Dialysis we went straight to the QUILTING STORE and were very restrained. We picked up this and some of that and a little of these and after we got that fix we ended up at the casino where I lost my rear end and well her hubby was the big winner of the day. Lunch at their buffet and I slept the whole way home Last night we enjoyed killer bbq from her bbq king hubby and today alas will be a bitter sweet day. They will be leaving. We have truly had a grand time together and I will treasure it in my memories forever. She is a sister in my heart

oh yes while we were playing a bit of .. slots her hubby took a pic of us. instantly casino security came and asked him to delete the photo we forgot you cant take pictures of machines guess some crooks go in and figure them out that way? lol big crooks we are think Jan and I dumped a whole 10 or 20.00 into the things.. so good old Jan, she pulls out her camera and does this finger magic with it and well he says thank you just something they like people to do .. we walk out I said too bad you couldn't have saved that one and deleted something else.. she smiled at me and well hopefully we can all see the two of us having fun shortly. its not a great pic we will be posing for one today both with red eyes , sad faces and boohooing as it will be a goodbye picture. for now. I believe its just a temporary thing

I forgot to post maximum size runners and would hope that everyone is being reasonable in their requests for a runner. We are not making bed toppers those things you put on the end of your bed.. we are to make table runners but within reason ok? I want everyone happy here and if your in any way having a small trouble working with your partners requests please talk with me, its early enough some of you might want to swap partners and some might be able to work out their little troubles with me, great mediator (oh yeah that is my new title.. new as in never done it!). Talk with each other. ITS OK to say that isn't working for me so much can I.... have FUN note the title in the swap.. FUN ok?
