I LOVE THEM wow those two are bright for sure! I love the charm quilted runner I see them all the time and think how much they would be easy on the eye, everything works so well together and then of course well Krystyna look into my runner.. look into my runner... you will see circles, amongst lines.. look into my runner.. ah.. phew pulled away just in time! that is a fun happy summer runner for sure. Both of those are not for the gloomy or depressed. I love happy stuff.

Quiltermomma, that triangle one had my name all over it when you first posted it. I could easily use those colors all year round they match my couch perfectly. Maybe your partner hates hers too and you want to send them here also?

Oh Elisabrat I love quitermomma's triangle mat. Can't wait to display it on my new camper's table. Feel bad I'm not finished with hers yet. I had emergency surgery on Saturday, detached retina. Quiltermomma has been very supportive of me and I will keep slowly working on hers.

I mailed mine... Now I am so mad at myself, I did not take a full picture, ok if I did I sure can't find it! I found the little peek picture, but no big picture of the whole thing! Dang So Berryberry can you please take a picture for me! I also forgot the label, well I was going to make one then remembered that I didn't... I am not a good label maker. I sent 3 quilts home this week and only one had a label! But two of them were for graduation gifts and well I am not sure if they might trade them...

OK I put in a 14 hour day today so I am going to bed! OK maybe I will finish this block first! I am going to Seattle next week so have to get my sewing plate clean... I have two more projects to finish, one is just binding, I do that by hand while I visit with my Mom, the other is replace zippers, the hardest part of Alterations, ok not hard but yuckiest so I always do it last!

Good night ladies~

Another HOT day 90's. I sure do not do well on these days. Clinic today then melting this afternoon. Wonderful! lucky for us we have air conditioning AND we don't pay utilities. You can guess who is running air today Steve is still limping so he is not able to still do much around here. only 15 days til we are packed and outta here. I had a small melt down yesterday and was so worried we wont find a place to live with our cats that maybe we should stay here in CA where you can find rentals with pets allowed. I am serious it really upset me. sigh. My cats have never sprayed or missed a litter box. sheesh. I also just found out we need to vaccinate/new rabies before we go so they are all correct with documents when you enter the other states. I didnt know that. why I dont know. they are not due til July but guess its just another expense to add. joy. indoor cats they are never exposed to anything but ME.

MB that was the part I hated on doing alterations too! and letting out darts and pleats. Lady gains 20 lbs., has had the dress for years and thinks those stitching lines are not going to still show. Frustrating to say the least.
Brat just have your vet papers with you to show the new vet when they are due. Who on earth is going to stop you and ask for those papers? If they are current on shots, they are current. You won't go through customs anywhere. Highway Patrol is just going to issue a ticket if you drive to fast, don't think you have to worry about that with Steve behind the wheel. Think your Californians are trying to scare you, like they told you Wyoming getting 60 below all winter and blowing dust all summer. All a bunch of bull. Quit fretting please, remember the word "Believe"
On another note I have not heard from my partner. Her little runner is just hanging here waiting to be sent.

I chose a pattern, then I found a different pattern, then I bought material, cut material out, chose a different pattern, cutting out more material . . . which way does the heat treated batting (I don't know the real name of it) go . . . treated part up or down? Can anyone tell I've never done one of these before?
