This months project … "Fall Table Mat”


We will be making a Fall Table Mat! Fashioned and embellished any way you choose.
I’m suggesting a size range of 15-24 inches, but I think checking with your partner would be the way to go with this one.
There are no precise directions. I only ask that your finished project be something that you would be excited to receive.

Sign ups will be open until Saturday October 1st. Names out soon after. You will have until October 31st to mail your project.


I’d really like to keep this about the project, so I am going to ask that we not send extra goodies. This will help to keep postage down as well as helping us not feel an obligation to shower our partner with gifts. If you feel you must do something extra, how about writing a poem or drawing a picture or sharing a joke or even a recipe? I bet you can think of something!


As soon as names are given, please contact your partner right away.
Please contact me asap if you are having trouble getting in contact.
Please continue to post on the thread throughout the swap. Let everyone know of your progress, post sneak peeks and encourage other swappers. It’s so much fun seeing everyones progress and sharing in our quilting friendship.


I ask that you let me know when you send your project and when you receive from your partner.


Any swapper that does not follow through with their obligation to the swap will be banned from future swaps and will receive negative (swap) feedback.

I just PM'd Teresa. Come on ladies time to sign up again. There are lots of free patterns in lots of shapes and styles on the internet for this. Just free style it if you want. All it is a big pot holder without the insul brite or a very small quilt. lol. If you don't need a table topper use it for setting a casserole on. Or your laptop.

I will jump back on board with this one, missed last month ( which wound up being a good thing) . I love fall & I love table toppers so this is right up my alley. pm on the way.

I'm really going to miss this one!!! love table toppers and fall colors! We plan on leaving here around the 15th of October and with asking partner about size I don't think I will have enough time to get it sewn and done. Would not want to be late mailing and have a partner wait on me. Will check in and ooh and ahh over all of your creations! I'll sure be ready to swap again in November.
