I would have joined. but I don't use banners at all. I didn't want to waste anyones fabrics and time. I am excited to see what is made though. These pictures are of a runner I made this week. It is a bright pale yellow. The picture with it on the table and my 1927 Singer machine on it is closer to the real color. It is even more yellow and brighter. The cream color picture is the full picture but looks cream color not yellow. I thought I would just post for ya all to have something to look at while your making banners. lol.

I worked several hours on the hand embroidery sunday. Then a hour or two Monday-Thursday. I probably have 10 or so hours in that part. Then I used my new ( Christmas) sewing machine and did the fancy stitch in the center. I love my new machine. Thanks for the compliment .

I'm going to flag/subscribe to this thread to see what you come up with. If I had more time last month I would have included a valentine banner with the mini I sent to ube Eager to see the projects as they come in.
