No, there are quiet a few International swappers. We are so glad you decided to join. You can send as many FQ as you want. You get to choose the amount. You will receive as many as you send.

Welcome back, I was wondering where you and a few other 'regulars' had gotten to. I've missed your contributions in some of the games also. Cheers.

I need a compass to get around here now.
Much more technical and that's just not me!!
Will return to games as soonas I'm more comfortable navigating.

I sent 4 FQ 2 weeks ago. Hope they were received in good condition. This is my first ever swap in my whole life. I am quite anxious but confident that my contribution will be acceptable. Bless you all!!

I've been working on the fabric labels for my FQs. I couldn't find much fabric that depicts where I live; someone earlier said to send fabrics that we just liked or fit our personality. I raided my stash & found a lot of FQs left over from quilts I've made. So, anyway, in addition to my board name, real name & where I live, I'm including a line stating why I chose that particular fabric ie. from Project Linus quilt, I love Christmas, etc. Most of the labels will be cut from scraps from my Sylvia's Bridal Sampler.

Has anyone thought of what they want to make from this swap? I'm mailing a lot of FQs 'cause I want enough to make a lap quilt. I'm thinking of a raggedy edge Turning Twenty. What about you? Any ideas yet?

I hadn't even thought that far Gramajo. I am just sending fabrics I like and had only planned to send about 10-12 FQ. I haven't been quilting as long as a lot of you. I just finished my first machine pieced quilt.

congratz fayzer! what style is your quilt? i really glad you had fun enough to come back and are thinking of your next project!!

i've decided i am making a star block from each of the fq's, with the same background fabric on each one to tie all of the blocks together. i will then stitch the fabric id name into a corner on the 'right' side on it's block for 'show'.

this will be a cute quilt! i'm not sure how many i'm sending yet though! lol...

*****infact!! i've just found the perfect star block for what i want!!

this way i can add the id name tag right into the star!! take a look!!

I found you all! Yay! I am going to an artisan fabric workshop next weekend, and these are some of the designers:

Hopefully, I will find some unique fabrics for this swap. Sorry to those who were expecting boomerangs and kookaburras :P
