Jen, I mailed Chrys's center to you this morning. I hope it OK to mail a few days early. I had some errands to do this morning downtown and we are suppose to get snow this week so I thought I better get it in the mail while I could. Please let me know when you get it. I am ready for the next round!! This is so much fun!

Mary, that sounds great. I still have to finish up Patti's this week, but I already know what I want to do on Chrys's. I'll let you know when it comes. Can't believe we're this far into this IRR already. The time is going so fast!

That's cool Linda! Isn't it amazing how one round can change the whole look? I bet Mary's grandson is going to love it!

Thank you. Was also thinking that one round changes the whole concept. I liked my original idea, and it looked good when I did a mock up of it, but the fabric which I ordered 6 weeks ago, still isn't here. I guess it just wsn't meant to be.Anyway, I kinda like this one better. And all my grown up kids, knew they were meant to be astronauts, as did my 4 year ld grand daughter. So this is so exciting now, can't wait to see what mine looks like now!!

It's an exciting week to get to see updates on all of these. I still have some piecing work to do on Patti's but it will be done to mail by Saturday.

Just curious about yours Linda . . . what is the symbol in the middle? It's really neat looking. Is it an original design?

Jen, not sure if it has any meaning, but I saw it in an Australian Quilting and PAtchwork magazine, not long before the sign up, adn I really liked the look of it. The pattern was called Feng Shui, and I've used a couple of the other blocks from the original quilt in the monthly block swap. I liked the original quilt, but thought it would be interesting to see what other people who had not seen it would do with it. Maybe if I look hard enough and find the picture of the original, I can scan it into the computer and post it here. :)

I love it, Linda!!! Thanks so much for all the hard work you put into it. Brenden will love it, too. He's been very excited about this quilt and is watching each step. This round robin is so much fun. I can't wait to see them all.
