Will mail on Monday, it's ready to go. luvtoquilt, a suggestion for you to consider.....most of the fabric sites when you buy layer cakes have gone to the 10" measurement. You can't seem to get 12 from a yard anymore at the 10 1/2" measurement, takes another whole strip of fabric. I'm not to much of a scrappy quilter and it is a lot of waste if your not, just the reason I have not signed up for the next month's yet. Just a thought

I NOTICED this too. I haven't done anything with this size yet and thought I would give it a try. The first one I cut I measured was a tad over a yard-an Alexander Henry fabric and I could not get enough squares out of it so then I had to go find ones that had closer to 1 1/4 yards on it. Then I was able to get enough. Was kind of sad though cause the first one was cute with Apple's and pears. OH well- found enough others to get enough-even cut them a little over since I am so New at this. Ready to send mine out anyway yay!!

Next months is batik and batik is notorious for running narrow. I did tentatively commit to doing the swap next month but have not picked out fabrics yet. I hope it will not be a problem since several of you seem to have run into it even with none batik fabrics.

The reasoning behind 10.5 and not 10.. not everyone is accurate with a rotary cutter (wonky off grain).. .. at 10. sq, each member can cut down to their own measurement of 10 inches if they are using layer cake patterns.. its give that lil bit of leeway to square up if need be..
