My goodness Teresa that is beautiful - is it applique?
ube quilting should receive her mini either tomorrow or Friday.

I'm looking forward to participating in swaps again this year; sad that the mini's are going on hiatus for a while but I understand. I have sew many fun ideas for the Down on the Farm for February - vintage farm girl really provided a lot of inspiration. I wish others would join in.

If anyone wants to continue to swap, come and play in Rhonda's Wall Hanging Swap or Caroline's Table Runner Swap. They are nice swaps with few restrictions.

Yes its appliqué. I saw something like this on Pinterest. I freehanded the pattern and chose a great batik. I just loved it. Actually very easy to do. Thx for the compliments.

Teresa your mini is so wonderful! You always create such beautiful pieces! I will keep an eye out for when you or someone else starts up the mini's again. Thank you for being such a great hostess and I hope I am your swap partner again sometime in the future! Wish I could free hand ANYTHING! I can't even free motion quilt because I have such a terrible time. Even my handwriting is unreadable....even to me sometimes!!

What an intriguing design! The fabric choice enhances it as well.

Teresa...wonderful applique heart. Looks very much like a Geta Grama design (maybe the design used by the Pinterest person). You did a great job doing it freehand!
