Love all the great setting ideas. Billi you quilt looks great. I don't know how you
get things done so quickly. Here are a few of the 9 patches I made today. Just need to square them up.

Whigrose, It's fun seeing your blocks! The way you've piled them up, it's like a teaser of what they look like. :-)

quilt addict, Wonderful blocks! They have good contrast. :-) I especially like the purple one.

25 people!! I don't know when I was in such a large swap group!

Good morning all! It's hot but so beautiful here. Quilt addict, love your blocks especially the butterlies with the yellow.
I'm sewing on 9-patches today. I enjoy seeing everyone's blocks and quilts. Will try to send a photo this afternoon,
feel like a kid looking through the bars outside the swimming pool on a hot summer day. Every bodies having fun....and I just stand there feeling left out.

Oh, that makes me sad... Lots of people haven't started yet. I've made blocks but I'm not finished yet. I'm out of town but when I get home I'll try and post a picture of some of mine.

Happy Sunday, everyone!

QA, love your 9Ps! All are beautiful.

Sunrise, glad you can sew today! I will be making some 9ps also today. We have plenty of time. It is hard to watch others sewing their projects when you aren't able to join in. Have a relaxing day!!

Happy Sewing everyone. It's going to be 105* here today, so I'm glad to be inside sewing.

105*!! How can you breathe outdoors?! We had rain in the morning, now we have sunshine/partly cloudy weather, with a nice breeze.

I needed to wait for the driveway to dry from the rain, then I took my three columns with my star-9patches out to take a picture. Only two seams horizontally to sew, then it will be a finished top! It's tempting to sew them, then bring the top to be quilted at the LAer. But, for now, I'm leaving it in three pieces in order to facilitate the QAYG method.

The sunshine through the tree leaves make it harder to see the pattern with the shadows-- but when the clouds went over the sun it's harder to see the bright pretty colors of the 9patches in that shot. Well! You get the idea of how it looks. :-) My husband helped me straighten it during the breeze episodes and pronounced, "It's really cute!" which is all the praise I need. Thanks to everyone again for swapping with me during the last round. I still have several more blocks left, so-- more sewing to come.
