Default Late IS definately better than never!!!

Dear Krystyna, after all she has been through, sent me this beautiful DQ. Here is the story. We were partners back in November 2012, when her little cottage on the ocean was destroyed by Sandy. The DQ she was working on for me was also destroyed! With all that must be going on in her life since then, she still managed to make me this lovely DQ!! The label on the back is a piece of the original quilt that she was able to salvage. What a SPECIAL gift! It is something I will treasure always! Thank you Krystyna. Isn't this board the absolute BEST?!?

Onalee, you are so sweet to post this. I have to tell you that the quilt was made from a charm pack and backing fabric that some of the wonderful ladies on the QB donated to me after Sandy since all of my fabric and thread was gone. What would I ever do without my beautiful friends here?

Krystyna, you are a wonderful reminder to us all that it's not about the things we own, but the people we surround ourselves with that make a life. Things can be replaced. I hope this year finds you and your family back to a new normal.
