abonda & ljdugas - I'll be keeping watch and adding comments and hopefully, as soon as I have a bit more free time, I will be swapping again.

I have been having too much fun to miss out on this swap for long.

Welcome to Jacquie and Judi. I am a newbie too. My name is Corry and my first month will be September too. I am really excited about this swap too. I am from south Florida and have been quilting for about 3 years. I enjoy machine embroidery and applique too. I think I picked out Christmas as my theme but now wondering if that was a wise choice. Perhaps I should pick a specific block as well so it all will tie in together better then can join all the blocks this time next year and have a new holiday quilt for christmas. I am presently working on a horse themed quilt for myself with alot of embroidery on it. Hoping to get the piecing finished by the end of the month. But I am raring to go for the month of September!! :o)
