I wish I had thought of that!! Well maybe later.I need to change my theme but cant decide what too. My new partner is Sandy Callender, she likes pinks/browns.I have alot of pink/browns. Im all caught up on everything!!! I have to go back to work Monday. Was hoping for another week off, but the boss needs me back in my office. Still cant do anything but sit at my desk, still have alot of staples in my abdomen.I get those out next Thursday. But have felt pretty good the last three days so got alot of sewing done.

Usually post pictures of the ones you receive unless the person getting your block asks you to post it. That's what I've seen on here anyway. It's fun to be surprised when you get your mail and have a new block.
ditto, ditto

If possible, take some hand work with you.

I have also made duplicates of almost every block I've swapped. Some out of necessity because first wasn't so good. A couple I have not made dups of because of in a hurry. Have been very busy working on raffle quilt for DD. That is done. Will ship it with 2 toss pillow covers.

Also working on DH train quilt I made him for Christmas. He only got the top pieced and a partial of the back pinned. Lots of detailed quilting on his. Lots of stops & starts. He is loving it the more I get done. he has also put his input in in quilting design suggestions. I have done a few free motion things that he smiles at, like swirls in smoke from trains. I will post when finished.

Next week I'm going to play. That means catch up on block swaps. Carol Hupp is March partner. She has a fun theme. All swap blocks are special and allow for extra creativity.

Is any one up for an extra swap? My theme is "See the USA". Something that represents your area.

Some of us either do not have the equipment or do not know how anyway to post pix. I for one do not care if you post pix of the ones you send me for both those reasons.
