I received my April block from Kristin (Garnet1265) today.. Colors are right on...It's something new for me, just thought the colors would make a pretty quilt. Thanks so much, I really like it.

Hey There,

My laptop crashed and wiped my harddrive clean, all my embroidery designs, all my patterns took it all.
I am looking for the 2009 red hen from fatcat patterns. It is no longer on the pattern. YIKES.
Hope to sell a quilt soon so I can get an external hard drive to back up everything on it so this doesn't happen again.
I have been working on re adding what i had on disk and CD.
Say a prayer that my SSI disability goes thru quickly so i can get some income coming in.
Love all of you, my quilt family.
Roberto

Default The wonderful April and May blocks I received

Look what my Quilt Bee swap partners send me.
A cute as can be turtle for April from Agentpatti and the sweetest little Owl for the May swap from Chrickett. Chrickett send some extra fabric along from the materials she made the block from. Really kind of her! Thank you ladies!

Oh Robert that is awful, that happened to me last October and that is what I did, went and purchased a 16g backup drive, think with a coupon from staples, I paid $60 for it, but so worth the effort. Everyone else, be sure you have a copy of your embroidery designs on a seperate cd or backup drive so you do not loose them, bummer when you have to recreate everything. Took me several months just to get my program to work on the new hard drive because i had to search all over for new drivers because Bernina no longer supports my program version. Took a bit, but finally up and running on laptop.

Pray that I will sell of one my quilts soon. Haven't gotten my disability approved yet, they say it can go for up to 6 months from social security. I am very caustious about putting everything back on, until I get a external hard dirve.
The fabric for the back of Poodles should be there anytime. Let me know when it gets there.
