Fabulous package from Ssnare. I received it yesterday and was so thrilled. I received flannels and cottons for my Days for Girls project. She also sent me a wrist pin holder, a pattern for a grocery bag and a quilting book. Everything is perfect. Thank you.

Thank you Knitette. Got a lovely package all the way from Scotland. Wonderful flannels and cottons for my Days for Girls project. In addition, it got a tweezers/seam ripper combo, a fridge magnet, a Scotland key chain, tea, blades, Scotland tea towel, and a pencil with the Stewart Tartan pattern (my maiden name). I loved the travel brochures she included. Fabulous package. Thank you@

Pat,

Just open your picture, and you will see resize in the upper left hand corner. Hit the resize button and select pixels. Turn the top to 640 for a landscape picture and the bottom will populate to 360.(the other way for a portrait picture. This will be the perfect size for uploading to this website. Hope that helps.

I'm not able to post a picture for some reason. I'm sorry you won't see the beautiful autumn table runner, gorgeous colors that Jeanne49 made for me. You also won't see the handmade towels, the magazines, needles, pretty fat quarters, needle case, tablets. patterns. Such a nice package, thank you again.

quiltingdragon, maybe you should just tell her "In this house we do it this way". Exchange students are always expected to do their share and be willing to learn new things. Cleaning up her bathroom certainly is not too much to ask and it's pretty easy to set the table for you. Think you'd be doing the little lady a huge favor!! IMO
Nice package grandma peg

This brought back fond (?) memories of the young French student we had when my daughter was in Secondary (Middle?) school. Although he was a little younger and mostly lurked in his room, after five days I had to almost physically drag him to the shower. I tell you - that boy was a stranger to soap and water!
