That was fast!! Going to dig into those beautiful batiks you sent in my SS package today and make a center for a round robin. Love them, again thanks so much for an awesome package.

Glad you can use and enjoy them. It was so much fun! Sometimes it is hard to pick out material for others as I am one who pretty much likes anything as long as it isn't mustard yellow or olive green, and thin-don't like the thin material. Well-off to do my pincushion that needs to be sent out soon! Everyone have a great day! oops-had to edit-messed up-this was in reply to jaba

Got my names! Too late for the post office today, not to mention too dangerous out there to try. Hasn't stopped snowing since about 8:30 this morning and we were only supposed to get a few inches! HAH we had that by 10 am.

    Hi all,
Dh and I have a new addition to our family, our grandson was born yesterday afternoon! Of course we think he is amazingly wonderful!
I just now have had time to check in here, and see we have our fq swap names. I will send mine out this week, but it may be closer to Thurs or Fri...as I will be helping dil with our new lil miracle. Few things enchant me more than fabric/quilting...my grandson is definitely one of them, and I know you all agree!!
    Regards,
    Kif

I mailed my fat quarters yesterday (Monday) Can't quite walk the 3 blocks yet, so husband took me to the PO. Plus main street is streaming with cops. One guy shot another - shot him once and stabbed him 26 times, so I didn't feel real comfortable hobbling down there alone with my cane. I hope you like them RA.

Thanks all for the congrats! Of course dh and I are in "hog heaven" loving on our new lil one and his "big" sister (she was 4 in June).

Oh my, Ellie, how scary! I wouldn't feel comfortable walking down there without a cane! It's so sad how mean people can be to each other! Hope you're feeling better every day!

My fqs mailed out yesterday, both sets going to 2 diff people in the same state, northeast of me. And a state I have always wanted to visit..especially during Autumn....
