Linny, you have a lovely runner from jaba. This is such an interesting and fun pattern. Your blonde table is the perfect base for this one and I like the asters too.

I havent started mine yet but have decided on colours. Grey for winter clouds and blue, because we have blue skies too. Brown for the paddocks as they're plowed up for sewing the crops and Green for the paddocks kept for the cattle & sheep to graze on. Just have to decide on a pattern!

Been working on mine..top is almost done. lots of blues and snowy greys. Not sure how to quilt it, but I may try the stipple pattern. I picked up a plastic stipple stencil at our LQS.
