Beautiful mini Muse&Sew - love the color you chose for fall leaves.

Jan - is there a tutorial some place to learn how to use that tool to make those diamonds? I purchased both a small one and large template five years ago and have yet to learn how to use them. We found a shop on the shop hop earlier this year that had several shop samples featuring that method but no classes scheduled as of yet. I'm out of unscheduled vacation for the year so I just can't jump in the car and head west for a lesson - LOL.

I have quilting and binding to do tonight and hopefully will be mailing my mini out to Cheesehead in the morning; maybe I'll get time to post a teaser later tonight.

I love this time of year - I have about an hour and a half after I get home from work to work outside in the yard getting it ready for winter. We are almost done with our back yard work and will wait until after Halloween to clean up the front.

Another beautiful day - hope everyone gets a chance to enjoy a little of it.

Letsquilt that is a beautiful mini from Muse&Sew. Such pretty colors, and like how it forms like a free falling wreath.
Nice fabric too.

It has been a beautiful sunny day!

Hey Dabbler, I have a set of those rulers but haven't used them yet. Funny, one of the women I work with came in with three bookmarks using that diamond ruler and I said (and I quote) "OHMYGODIWANTONE"!! So I looked online, and they are available (for something like $22). So I whined and didn't bite. Then my friend who is the world's best bargain hunter went to an estate sale around the corner from her house and found me the complete set with the 2 sized rulers and instructions for..... wait for it..... $.50!!! Woohhooo. Now to buckle down and make some book marks for christmas. Although many of my friends now read digitally, there are still a few that enjoy a good solid book to read. I'm one because A. I work in a library, and B. I'm too cheap to buy them for my 2nd gen Kindle!

Kristine, someday I hope to learn that technique, I don't care at this point what the rulers cost. Speaking of the weather, here in coastal Alabama, I was in a check-out line where a lady said to me " I just love this fall weather we are having"...it was 80 degrees!!! Back in Wisconsin that would have made for a beautiful summer day, I couldn't fess up to her that I was really a Yankee. We will be returning to Wisconsin to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas and I hear where the temps there are only in the 50's, grrrr.

11 minis left to be received I've had quite a few notifications of minis being sent, so we should be golden! (right???)

Almost time for sign ups for next month. Hoping for a consensus for the theme....

either,
Cornucopia or Have a Holly Jolly. Not sure if we're over Fall or not?

Let me know,
Teresa
