I received my ornament in yesterday mail. I have not opened it though. I will wait till we all do at the same time if that is what we are doing.
I have been absent from this thread. Have been having several health issues with myself and hubby that i am out of the loop on so many things. I am working and by the time I get home, I just want to do nothing. UGH!
I do have my idea of what I would like to make, just have to get busy and do so.
Love the satin stocking. And those ornament balls, wow!

Boop.....how do you get your ribbon to curl like that? I have learned to make those quilted balls but making a ribbon for the top is a stumbling block! Also where do you get the pretty pins you used to put the ribbon around the ball? I just love all these ornaments!

Don't pay the ransom! I'm back from my High School reunion. Had a great time! But now I'm back. I've done this swap for several years, so mine have been done for quite some time, just waiting for a name, but now I want to try a new one that I found to add to it.
I have a white 4 foot tree that lives in my studio year round with all the ornaments from this swap for me to look at all the time. I really enjoy the variety of the talent of the quilters who participate here. I'm seeing some awesome ornaments so far this year. Boop56, I REALLY like that flamingo!
