Havplenty................ It is now not done however, as I was once a wee girl and remember seeing pink and pale blue either baby chickens or ducks at the pet store; at Easter or Spring time. And in addition seeing baby turtles with a rose painted on the back of their shells and the tag said they were painted turtles..........now girlies that took a long long time to realize that painted turtles weren't born with roses on their backs..............(grin) calla

What beautiful pincushions. I do remember the pastel color chicks in the 5&10 store when I was small but I don't remember any slider turtles with roses on their shell and I always had sliders. I'm kind of thinking of getting one after all these years...and it's been a lot of years. :-)
