I bought my fabrics today after seeing something that inspired me on Pinterest. So, I will get to making my card tomorrow.

Mailed my card to cuppy today. Please post a photo if you are able. I have not had any luck with that lately.

That is an adorable frog and lily pad. Very imaginative too. SleepyHollow you have a very fun stash to draw from. I thought the fabrics were perfect.

Received a beautiful spring postcard all the way from Australia from Rosalyn! "I hope my daisy is a bloom showing it growing in an old boot" The detailed stitching is wonderful. Thanks so much!

I finally know what I am doing for my partner! I'll be working on it this week and getting it out to her!

I hit a little snag when my sewing machine died. So, I do have a replacement finally. But, I just went with a very inexpensive machine as I'm saving for something much nicer. I will be test running her today and hopefully have my postcard ready soon.

If it doesn't, then I'm going to use "Ruthie". She's a late 1920's vintage Singer that used to be my Grandma's factory machine. She had it converted to electric. I had it re-wired for the second time last year. I named her after Grandma. She only does a straight stitch. But, so far, she's been reliable.

I received my post card from Maggie Sue... Thank you. Such pretty flowers .. Let me see if I can get a pic posted.
