Yippiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeee. I just got back from vacation today and guess what was in the mail. My son raced in the house first and came out yelling "Mom, you got a squishy." I'm sure the neighbors are wondering about me. :D :D :D All the kids and DGD had to watch me open it and admire the wonderful blocks. Thanks for making my day. Vacation may be over but those wonderful blocks made coming home great.

I received mine on Wednesday the 22nd. What a nice treat when I got home! have been really busy and will post sometime today. I love them all. Got one from the UK and one from Canada. So I can call my collection International! Thank You for the wonderful swap and all the work you put into it.

Here are my block on my design wall too! I haven't decided the order or what I will do the borders in....kids, summer, 4H fair, and all that other fun stuff...like a garage sale starting tomorrow (am I nuts or what?!)So, these blocks may not be happy until school starts!:)Skeat (Who loooves the blocks...these are some awesome quilters in our group!! I got my blocks today!
I have only one question - I would like to know who made the tumbling blocks square?!? The one where the blocks are appliqued on. ALso I may be sending some of you a PM to ask for you first name and state or country so I can label my quilt properly! Thanks Kendra |
