No spitting on your blocks dojo  I like each of your blocks ~ you are doing a great job.

Nice block FancyFoot ~ I really like the swirly/flower print on that block.

There are so many nice blocks ~ the quilts are going to be stunning.

Oh come on, yours are lookin great 8)
This is foundation paper piecing, its a different technique. I like making blocks this way much better because there is no precision measuring & cutting. The precision is in the ironing & sewing a straight line. If that is done correctly, all the foundations should line up perfectly.

Finished my blocks tonight! I switched from Ohio Star because the points were driving me nuts! The one I'm doing is called Carrie Nation, but I'm too tired right now to take a photo. I'll give them a quick press in the morning, and then off they go. But WHERE????? I need an address, please!

I can't wait to get back to CT (May 4!), paw through my stash and get started on this swap. I haven't figured out what block to make, but that's me waving my arms in the air! I'm in

Joanne...Are you telling you are traveling in that RV?:)I read for awhile about quilters that traveled in their RV's and how they stashed their stashes and machines, etc. One even pulled a trailer behind them for she didn't want to choose what fabric she wanted to travel with..so she took all of it!:)I love it! OK, I've had a night's sleep, so I'm ready to post a pic of my exchanage block, called Carrie Nation. When I put all the blocks together it made a cook pattern of diagonal lines that I really liked--maybe an idea for another time. These will go out to Colletta next week sometime. Then I'll just sit and wait until July!

after following this thread, I'm thinking- could there a block left? Holy cow! These are all awesome!

I told myself no more swaps since work thinks it rules me (I have a tough boss- me). I'm here working (yea, right) on a Sunday afternoon as I have an audit on the 6th. I don't want to do my work. So I'm here, reading posts and commenting. Where's my assistant when I need her here to tell me to get my butt to work?

This swap is going to be awesome!!!! If I can possibly do it, I'll add myself to the list- AFTER I do my blocks. So I'm not in this swap, just lurking right now.
