Yeah, you have to do something to suffocate them. Like oil, bleach, alcohol, ban roll on :D... sure there are more. My aunt used to make us soak in a tub of hot water with Chlorox bleach in it after being out in the yard picking muscadines. She was fanatical about it. I hated it but didn't have chiggers.

Isnt it weird how those little bugs bite certain people but not others? My 3 year old grandson and I can get eaten up just going out in the back yard but the parents and the 3 11 year olds not a bite!! chiggers are bad here in Mo!

Hmmm. Never heard that one bit ill try anything! Thanks, nanacc. It must dry those little $&"&@s out? Happily, this morning I awoke with very little itching so maybe life is about to get back to normal. It's been a tough week.

In Minnesota we get chigger bites from being in some of our lakes. Something to do with geese droppings. I have only had them once and they weren't to bad. Now my poor hubby and our good friend Gene will always get bit if there are any around and both react terribly to them. Feel so bad for them. Hope you heal quickly

OPALS! Big news! Billi's package has arrived. That completes this group. I will continue working on my sorting and get the pkgs out to the five early recipients as soon as I can. Give me a couple of days.

This should complete the fabrics for Opal. You can get on with your planning while you wait for the packages to arrive. :)
