GramE love my blocks. Thank you

Had a fun afternoon, checked out neighboring towns and stopped at a quilt shop. Bought a great white on white, some fun elephant fabric and a bright floral that was on close out and just enough fabric for the next boom

You're shooting for the muscles and the fascia to release. Sometimes finding the spot that hurts "good" and leaning into it is enough. You can do it on the floor too but gravity may put too much pressure on the ball. Tennis balls, those PInky hi-bounce balls that are about $2 each or any kind of smallish ball that feels good works. :)

Thanks, Janice... I love it! Many times after a spasm, my back fascia feels all pulled in. Horrible feeling. I will try your 'trick'!

GramE, what a pretty block you made out of Terri's fabric. I got that fabric too and just loved playing with it.

Love the block and the rich colors you chose.

I have a love-hate relationship with paper piecing. I love the final look but I hate all the tedious work it is.

I feel the same way, Mona. You sure can make some great things that way, but I hate doing it. However.... since H4B seems to have hit paydirt over at Craftsy, I may go take a look at their PP patterns. (It's a sickness, I tell you...)

this one is for A2P, I finished it last weekend but keep having issues with PC so couldn't post until now. Going to my xtraining class at 9:15 then I will be back sewing, hope to finish summer today.

That one will make a pretty and colorful addition to her quilt! Love those colors....
