WMUT I love the big star you made for Terri, with all the color swatches inside of it. That's a really great block. Bravo, ladies! I did manage to get a Boom quilt quilted today and will put the binding on it tomorrow so it will be ready to donate on the 25th. I think it's picture, as a top, is already in the gallery. It's one of the boy's caterpillar truck quilts. |
Good morning. The birds are singing! Looks like our rain is over and it should be a nice day. I was going to plant a few hellebores but there's supposed to be a hard freeze Tuesday so I'll hold off. Basically, today and tomorrow are wide open so I don't know what this weekend will bring. Do you have plans for the weekend?

It's a beautiful day here today. We had a lot of rain, thunder etc the last few days. The birds are loud! I planted a lot of hyacinths last year and they're so pretty. I forgot how many I planted! |
Sewbiz, the star block is one of the Moda Blockheads patterns from this year. I made a minor modification by replacing four small squares with a larger square of the focus fabric. Moda Blockheads is a wonderful source for 12" patterns! Wink, Wink, Wink.
