Sorry I haven't been around more this last week or so... my second machine up and died and so I'm taking that as a hint from fate, or karma, or the universe (whatever works) that I needed to take a break from all things fabric for a few days. I'm heading up on Saturday to get my main machine back and so I'm extending that fabric-prohibition until Sunday morning. Honestly, I have just felt like every time I touch thread, or fabric, or even the iron - I've just jacked it all up. Does that happen to anyone else?

I rec'd a block in from GirlScouts1 yesterday.

Other than that, I am missing F8's from 1000Projects, AreInn, GirlScouts1 and Lv2Sew2011.

If you sent it out - let me know please! My mailperson keeps delivering my mail to everyone EXCEPT me - and if I know enough details, I will hunt these things down!

All the blocks coming in (and going out) are looking amazing.

Hopefully this funk passes over soon and I can get back to business.

It will pass, I've been like that all this week too. Maybe it's fall fever setting in. Like spring fever? I just put it down and go to my next thing, if I mess that up, I put it away for the day. I think I need an outdoors day and that is very unusual for me. Now for my update, I am sending out a block to Chewboo tomorrow. See what a steam engine I've been...

Sending out blocks tomorrow to Nancia and Chewboo. It must be the weather or the moon because Ive had a lot of trouble with my blocks tonight too. Took all night to do two of them so Im putting it up till later! :)

It's got to be in the air!! Made a "heart" block today and it took most of the day. Upper thread kept breaking on my machine, frustration, oh yah! Maybe in the morning it's called get all of the lint out of me, dab of oil here and there, and maybe a new needle might be good. One positive, sent Anastasia cowboy fabric, and cooked ham and beans, hubby very happy.

ooooo, your mention of cowboy fabric reminded me! i'm putting together a cowboy quilt and would love scraps, f8, f4, whatever! i will trade, buy or whatever works for us both!

Got a finished block from chewboo today! My mom asked if she could keep it. Lol!

I am wondering what to do! All caught up, well except for those projects that, i don't want to do LOL. But all my Swaps are caught up, maybe I will go see if any new ones are starting. And if you like Purple be sure and check out the Purple Passion swap, not a lot of cutting as the fabric is 10.5 inch and no sewing, my favorite colors too!
