marcialee....I just pulled another one of my "dyslexic" moments. I really screwed your block. Please send it back to me so that I can fix it. I'll send money back for your postage.....OMG! I'm so embarrassed....please forgive me. I put it in the mail today and then posted the block.....that's when I saw it......I am red faced with shame.....so, so, so very sorry....:(

I havent received any F8 from Jaydee or TJBeaver either. Has anyone heard from them?

Frenchfryqueen. I posted your block today, too, and I think it's pretty OK.....I might have put the yellow blocks on opposite corners, but I decided I liked it as it is......don't think you will upset me if you move them around........

Got my lovely block from ljdugas today.....Thank you....it is very nice and is now in my "received album".

Wendiq...my block to you should arrive soon too...the one that I had such trouble with and felt bad about having to redo. And after it was sent, frenchfryqueen and I discovered we each did the same block pattern for you!! How weird is that? Fortunately there are some color differences so maybe you can place them opposite ends of the quilt you eventually make. We all have "those days."

As for F8s not yet received (although there still is plenty of time and I have many to work with in the interim), I did not yet get an F8 from Jaydee, TJ Beaver, Sharon B or ruck9085.

Ok. AZTESS!! I love the blue fabric you sent, a lovely shade of blue (blue is the my favorite color and I seem to have plenty of it in my stash..:) .. but I am stumped! stymied!
What would you like done with it.. more blues? Add yellow or orange? Add a floral? Just white or black? Patriotic? Easter? Christmas? It could go so many ways~! What direction would you like to head?

ChaseZZZ.. you are bringing your A game with your blocks! I love the spiral you did. Is that a modifed log cabin?

Frenchfryqueen...thanks for the kudos. I remember doing a paperpieced block with that spiral sort of thing some time back but can't remember what project it was for or the origin of the pattern. Marcialee asked for white only and at first I was puzzled as to what to do with the stamp Santas; I woke up yesterday morning with that vision in my head and pieced it as you would log cabin, although to keep the spiral correct there is a different pattern to adding the strips than there is in log cabin.
