That is the truth. It is called the let's mix it all up and don't care who gets what dance. If y'all end up missing any squares, I'm sorry. Lil man has a habit of grabbing a fabric square now and running with it and hiding it. Dang it, I can't find this hiding place. I have to wait for him to show me now. I found all the others, finally and now...he has a new one!!! :) Gonna be a fun weekend of swapping.

So...I need y'alls help!!! At work one of our admins had a baby last night (I'm filling in for her while she is out while doing my lab work as well). Well, as soon as he was born, they couldn't get him to breathe. They got him in NICU and thankfully he is breathing and breathing on his own without the ventilator. She delivered around 8:25pm and finally got to see him for the first time at 2am. He is still in NICU and she hasn't had a chance to even hold him. Please say a prayer for this new little family. This is her first baby and it was a traumatic delivery for both her and the baby. They really need all the prayers they can get. On a positive note, the baby was 8 pounds 8 ounces and 18 inches long.

You have to get down on his level- can't tell you how many times my Lil man has taken things to his world. Fun thing is- if you ask him to find anything that is missing- he can. He has found things we hadn't seen for weeks, but didn't ask. :D

Oh...don't I know it. I've even tried following him...lil sucker disappears and then reappears like a magician.

Praying for the new family. May they feel God's presence holding all tightly in the Father's hands.

Just found out she is heart broken and in really rough shape. She feels like her world just collapsed. What was supposed to be one of the greatest joys and blessings she thought has turned into a nightmare for her, she said. I'm just heart broken for her.

So sorry - hugs and prayers . May she get some needed rest and be able to face the situation with rested eyes and heart. May she and the baby become best friends even in the midst of the confusion and noise. The process of childbirth can be hard, but the joy of holding the baby- even if only by the hand, will help the recovery.
He knows who mommy is and will feel her presence.

May they be able to look past the machines and noise and meet each other.

I had help from my mom!!! We got all the sets swapped in about 2 hours!!! :) So nice to have it done. Will be heading home tomorrow and will get them all packaged up and to the post office Monday morning!!! :) Keep an eye out on the board on Wednesday for the new swap!!! I-Spy Character Fun with a twist of Red, White, &/or blue noodles!!!

For future swaps, PLEASE double check your squares!!! I had a few selvages this time, however I should not be receiving any if you are double checking them. You have 12 squares/set to look at, I look at over 900 squares. Also, PLEASE double count your squares to ensure there are 12 in each set. I have several this time that had only 11 squares. I put notes in baggies this time for selvages and shortages. PLEASE really look at your squares. It takes you an extra 5 minutes before you package them up, but that 5 minutes saves me a lot of time and makes it where I can get squares out faster. Also, if you sign-up and have issues, PLEASE contact me ASAP and let me know what is going on. We all know and understand life getting in the way and not being able to always mail in time. PLEASE keep me in the loop and I will do my best to work with you. Alright...enough of this stuff...time to get ready for CARTOON FUN!!!!!!! :D

They are out of my hands and with the Post Offices gods and goddesses. All say delivery by Wednesday, however I know a couple will be delivered on Thursday!!! My post office guy today was facinated by the padded flat rate envelopes. He thought they were the "coolest things ever!!!" Then he giggled over one of y'alls city names!!! :) He was like a kid in a candy store today!!! I love when they get people in there who LOVE their job!!! :) Makes my time waiting in line that much more enjoyable. Y'all have a GREAT day and watch the mailboxes ladies...your postmen and women will be delivering goodies to a mailbox near you!
