Each state has their own law regarding this. Fl stated you have choice if you are over 21 yers of age but if you do not wear a helmet you have to carry at least 10k dollar of medical insurance. Not much coverage. My life is worth more than that!

Nice car Sleepy Hollow. It is in my favorite color purple. I could always use a new set of wheels. You can "drive" it right to my house.

So for 978gray being a "first timer" in making post cards...I am truly amazed. My first one was not this good. And for me being a free spirit with a gypsy soul, I would love to drive around in this. Adorable.
