Sorry, I took the pic at an angle

Mine are going out tomorrow if the weather cooperates - gave them to my brother as I worked every hour the PO was open last week. He gave me a ride home from work tonight as I fell on the ice yesterday (in the middle of a downtown street, and not one person stopped to see if I was ok and I almost got run over!) and dislocated my kneecap and my knee joint, plus both hips and a shoulder. When I got in the car, there they were on the seat! I could strangle him, but I can't drive till I come off the painkiller, so will have to play nice for now. Stitched up something extra tonight to stick in there as an apology for the wait.

Sorry to hear about your fall. Isn't it a shame that this world has turned into a "it's all about me" place instead of looking out for each other? I would have helped you!

quiltingdragon sorry to hear about your fall, ouch and so sad that no one offered any assistance. I'll be saying some extra prayers for your healing. I took a slip a few years ago in a parking lot, both feet went straight out from under me and I landed on my bum, plenty of padding there, just some sore muscle and bruising. But a lady did stop to help me.

Now are one of the packages in your brothers car for me?? This happened to Brenda last month with her son and one was my package, and so if one of yours were for me -still waiting for my second swap-I'm going to feel jinxed. But then I could use a good laugh.

omg the attachment worked!!! Craftsygirl sent me these great fabrics and pattern and I have tried so hard for almost a week to post. TADA! thank you so much. I love this swap and can't wait to see what next months fabrics are as we will sort of miss easter swapping unless we start yesterday :) so maybe april showers will be the theme? rain/water/blues?? or its coming up.. (flowers) goody goody something to think about. I am in! oh wait there has to be sign ups first. shoot. well .. sign me up for TWO. I seem to be using them at a fair clip. thanks Brenda for running a very fun and enjoyful swap.

I just received today a beautiful bunch of fabrics from Lovingrandma! thank you so much!!! there was a pretty lavender with flowers/butterflys, two yellows and a purple tone on tone and an extra! navy with red little images on it. I am going to try to post later tonight best shot for me or early in the morn.

I am ready so sign up.. the fabrics are a secret?? hopefully you share with us!!! hopefully I have them!!! I have been playing with what it might be. So are we enough back in to start the sign ups??? hope hope hope...

wowthose are so pretty! I love your batik and the gold then of course the one right next to that one.. great selection of fabrics once again. a bit scared of next months sure hoping that April is an easier combo to pull together .. still waiting on the spring flowers :) Off to check the fabrics for my white selections. this could be an interesting combo I pull together and most assuredly will NOT all match with each other.

I know my people are, see post #282. I put something extra in there as an apology for being late - hopefully they make it out of the midwest before the second round of snow hits!

Anything good is always worth waiting for! I do hope you are feeling better after your fall. I don't understand how people are to scared, to busy, to lazy to offer a person in need just a little help!

Here is a picture (finally) of the two batches of wonderful fat qtrs I received from sewellie and quiltingdragon. they both sent "extras"! Thank you ladies, now to decide what to do with these fabrics. They all go together quite well.
