January Postcard Swap - Name that Tune!
 

Let the New Year begin. This year I will be hosting a variety of themes. Sign-ups begin for the January postcard swap. You will be making One Fabric Postcard.

We had a lot of fun with this theme so let's try it again. You will design a card around a song. Let your partner guess which song it is and post a pic of it on the board for us to guess.

My swaps are open to all levels of sewing. For a tutorial on how to make fabric postcards, please refer to my post in tutorials How to Make a Fabric Postcard. Please post pictures of the postcards you receive.

*Cards must measure approx 4 x 6
*Must predominantly be sewed and quilted. Embroidery by hand or machine is also welcome.
*Must have some type of finished edge.

Funny, I was in JoAnn's yesterday with songs chasing around in my head and wondering how I would interrupt it on a card. I guess I must have been channeling your spirit.

I am in again! I had so much fun designing the card for December I could get hooked on these little treasures!

Any tune? Do you want the receiver to post when they receive with their guess?

I vote that you post a photo of the Postcard but, give everyone else a chance to try to guess the tune before you post the name of it. It will be fun.

I agree with Judith. Please post a pic of your postcard so we all can guess. Remember to take a pic of your postcard before you mail in case your partner can't post a pic.
