Made it to Colorado, train wasn't to bad just 23 hours is a long time! I got here about 5:30 when I was suppose to be here at 4pm. People I met on the train were very nice

Glad to hear you made it to CO.

I can relate to long travels. I remember taking the bus from NC
to CO and back again took almost 3 days.

Glad you landed safely, Lori! Now get to work on that January SP list pronto!

My b-day is January also....January 1...New Years Day :-) My mom was at a party on New Years Eve when she went into labor. She had been drinking, dancing and partying it up. My mom told me I didn't make a peep for 2-3 days after I was born..so I'm guessing I was born a bit tipsy....LOL

Mine is on the 22nd!!

Work up this morning at the cabin with an outside temp of -10 degrees.

It took 7-8 hours with 2 fireplaces, AND the furnace running to warm the
cabin up. Took 3-4 hours to bring the water up to where we at least had
cold water, another 2 hours to get water hot enough to wash dishes with.

I am sooooooooooooooo ready for the January swap. Have many ideas
of goodies. But we will be heading back home on Tuesday morning so I
plan to start working on my box then.
