If you are not familiar with it, it is top of the line embroidery machine which also sews, quilts and for crafting. It has all sorts of accessories, for sewing, 4 hoops for embroidery, and lots of other goodies. It also is TOTALLY COMPUTERIZED. :-)

clsurz you are gonna love your new baby. I have the Innovis4500S which is a step below yours and it is awesome. Make sure you try sewing on it too, sews like a dream. I didn't want to put all that stitch count on my machine so I ended up purchasing the Innovis 2000NX to sew with.

Have fun.

my zip is 12' but how do you get it to add up to 3?

sew_Tracy 05-03-2013 09:45 AM

It's ME!!! 17!

My SP zip code adds up to 22 and she lives in a town with an unusual name.

Lori Peercy 05-03-2013 10:16 AM

I sent barefoot quilter herself by mistake but then sent her real sp and she didn't get it so I resent it and things are fine.

Grandma Peg 05-03-2013 10:28 AM

Brenda, congrats to your son and you, very proud moment!!
My SP lives in a warm state and is on this thread occasionally.
Think my SP is either Brenda or Yankeegirl.

buslady 05-03-2013 11:52 AM

Forgot to post earlier, that baby is a sweetie!! Congratulations!! Great Grandma, I hope it is a while, oldest DGS is only 14. Enough said. LOL I would just love to hold that baby and snuggle up. You are one lucky gram.

Yankeegirl 05-03-2013 12:26 PM

Sorry Grandma Peg - its not me! You will have to keep guessing :) Made a little cross stitched gift today for my SP - another hint - zip code adds up to 31. Hmmmmm.......

TOOMANYUFO'S 05-03-2013 12:29 PM

I'm guessing my sp is either Sarge1 or Luvstoquilt.

fayzer 05-03-2013 01:25 PM

guess I am missing something, Yes I understand 2+1=3, but how could it also equal 12. How do you count a zip code two different ways. My zip is 04611, which to me is 12. How else would you count it. I better go back to school.

I get it now, I think. 12 is 1+2, I am a blonde, what can I say! I always hear blonde jokes.

Crafty Darlene 05-03-2013 04:58 PM

Hey Krystyna, I love purple!

brenda21 05-03-2013 05:38 PM

Sorry Grandma Peg, not me either....

Grandma Peg 05-03-2013 06:37 PM

So much for guessing the right person. Krystyna do love purple!

You gals crack me up! LOL

Crafty Darlene 05-04-2013 04:40 AM

Good Morning Ya'll! Had 2 of my GSons spend the night last night and when Mom picks them up hope to start and finish up my SP pkg. DH is in Atlanta with our GD she has her 5th grade trip, and FIL is going to stay with his Sdaughter so I should have the house to myself and hopefully get to do alot of me time (sewing). Hope to also finish up my MIL quilt for Mother's Day and play with some purple fabric for my sp. Have a great day!

Krystyna 05-04-2013 04:57 AM

Good morning happy swappers! It is a gorgeous day and I talked DH into going to an estate sale with me where the "pop in your eye" phrase was "vintage fabrics". Ooooo! What will we find. In this teeny tiny apartment I think that I had better set a $20 limit for treasures. Maybe I will find something wonderful today for my pal. Who knows? I know I'll find something terrific to make my crazy quilt for the doll swap this month. (are you crying because you didn't join?)

Ladybug 1938 05-04-2013 05:23 AM

I did get my SP and she does like Red and a few other colors I like but doesn't like _ _ _ _ and is looking for _ _ _ _
lives a good distance from me and has a pet... Have been shopping at the QS and found a very small pic on a piece of material of her favorite... so bought it... That's all Folks... for now anyways...

LindaR 05-04-2013 05:28 AM

Must think of something original this month??? racking my quilting brain LOL, lets have some ideas that you guys have come up with and share please...whats your go/to thing everymonth??? always treats for pets???? always candy??? I have so many bottles of hand sanitizer I sure don't need anymore LOL Have one in purse, one in golf bag, one in car so/on and so/on...I love sending patterns that I have used, FQ's, cute buttons,

sew_Tracy 05-04-2013 05:55 AM

LOL Linda! Good idea. I cannot use hand sanitizer because of the medication I am on can't even touch anything with alcohol on it. I sure do miss it! Oh, and LOL, not antabuse, but may as well be. Flagyl from a lovely l c-diff infection I picked up while in the hospital last month and on antibiotics.

I like to wait till I get my name and details and tailor make something for them. Last winter I got home made dog treats from a SP, they were neat and maybe including the recipe would be a good idea? Seasonal cookie cutters, novelty items (I adore my hand crank piggy flashlight I got from SP), One can never have enough magnifying glasses...mine disappear like forks around this house. Yes, I said forks. Apparently my sons can't tell the difference between plastic and metal. Dish cloths, hand towels, little travel bag with toothpaste, etc. Anecdotal books ala Erma Bombeck, wind chimes, beeswax, mug rugs, mugs (I always claim my mug and admonish no one to touch it only to find it in DH truck broken), home made or local jam or HONEY or even salsa and a bag of chips. I know that when I get my SP package the men here hover me waiting for the candy. Arg men, can't live with them and can't strangle them! Herb pillows (easy to make, stuff with dried lavender and chamomile), recipes.....

Linda, if you have me you can send me that cute little pup ... um, and maybe the quilt that he's on!!!

Krystyna 05-04-2013 05:56 AM

Don't know why double posts showed up so I'm changing this one. If anyone has clothing labels laying around and you have me as a partner ... hint hint hint

queenof2802 05-04-2013 06:22 AM

JoAnn's is calling my name!! Got my May coupon's and then this morning woke to a 25% off text. Now, how did they know that I was planning a trip there this afternoon?! Earlier in the week, I planned a girls day with my DD and mom. I usually go the first Sat of every month. My mom is working on a quilt for my brother. She bought the fabric 20+ years ago and put it in the cedar wardrobe. Never started it. She has gotten the blocks cut and pieced (she hand pieces). Now she has decided that she wants to boarder each block with green and yellow. DD is not a crafter....yet. I just hope I can get out of there without needing a part-time job!

annt59 05-04-2013 08:23 AM

My partner is waaaaay north of me and Zip totals 18.

maggy 05-04-2013 08:35 AM

After you add your zip and it equals 12 add 1 + 2= 3 (Guess you will understand more when you hear Krystyna started this!!)

My zip is 17, too!

No it's not! It's 8 like mine! Or if it's resting, it's infinity!

And I didn't invent it. It's an ancient tradition that is used in many spiritual disciplines to determine your woooo-wooooo-ya-ya powers. Or whatever.

luvstoquilt 05-04-2013 09:18 AM

Okay SP here are some clues:
1) It is not ToomanyUFOs
2) From my driveway to yours is 749.61 miles and Mapquest says it will take 12 hours and 30 minutes. ( I think I can beat that...I tend to drive a bit fast.)
3) You don't have allergies and you have a pet and a DH.
4)You like pretty colors but they are not the colors you are wishing to receive.
All for now!

Krystyna 05-04-2013 09:29 AM

Sharon! It's me! I'm soooooo excited! Yayayayayayay!
