What would be the date to mail the blocks? That would be the deciding factor for me as my schedule is quite full a few months.

OK, thanks. I don't think I could make that deadline. I have a lot of ideas that I would love to incorporate in the blocks but I can't at this time. I'll enjoy seeing what everyone creates!

SBS would be 12 blocks of the same design. She is applique' and can be done any way your want. She can be the larger SBS or some of us are doing 7" or 9" with embellishments.

ok I'm confused. Are the blocks going to be 12 inch finished?
I've never done a SBS but she is so cute I might like to if I understand better.

Yes, the blocks are 12.5 unfinished. SBS can be the regular size (I think she is 9 inches) or I am doing the smaller size as I am adding embelishments and other stuff in the block. What I usually do is cut my background block 13 inches square, and then after I do my applique', I square it up at 12.5. July, Oct and Dec are taken. What month would you like? :-) If you go to the swap section, look under Calendar SunBonnet Sue and the 'instructions' are listed on the first page. some have already posted their blocks. With you signing up there will be 4, and I have another who may jump in. When I get 12, this group will be set.
