I just finished hand stitching the binding down.

What's the norm here -- do we send just the mini quilt or do we add extras? Sorry if I'm asking a question that was brought up in the past.

ctyankkee, you do extras if you like, but not a requirement at all.

ctyankkee, I guess I had better light a fire. I finished the top and will be working on putting it together this weekend.

BTW, went past your neck of the woods this past weekend. Went to Boston via Amtrack to visit an old friend. One of the guilds that is local to her (she is not a quilter but always gets one of my projects) was having a show so I dragged her to it. Really nice show (if any of the "Proper Bostonian Quilters" read this thread you all did a great job!)

Wish I could go too. That is where I was born and 90% of my relations were!

I have my partner's top all done, now to do the quilting. That is the part I like best but seems the slowest to get done for me lately.

Oh QuilterMomma, you're way ahead of me! Hoping to get mine done this wknd. I have a little hint though...It will contain SNOW!

My partner should have received her mini yesterday, hope she got it alright.

Where are all our chatters this time? Oh Kiffie and klaws where are you?????
I plan on finishing up my ornaments this wknd for that swap and then get on to my mini!!! Time just seems to fly this time of year. And the time change isn't helping. I get tired when it gets dark :( Have to really push myself not to just go to bed.
