Karen got your swap mailed today. It may sound broken as it was rattling. Hopefully it's not though. lol Sent it priority but that seems to take a day or two longer than regular mail. I don't know why.

Mine is almost done just some binding and into the mail! I am so pleased with it! I was looking for a pattern that I had seen in a quilting magazine...

I don't know how many years ago I saw it or what magazine, but I always told myself I wanted to make it! So the short version of a long story is I created my own pattern and don't know if it is very much like the one I saw years ago or if it is just from my imagination! But I love it and I already have orders for more! My partner Dotty is going to be away so you all get to wait till she gets home to see it!

I love being creative, don't do it enough but should more because it gives me energy! There is a certian sense of pride just like when you finish a quilt that has taken a really long time to finish!

I mailed Lovethemgreys package today and it should be there by Friday. It was 28 degrees here a few mornings ago and on Friday it will get up to 70. They are still playing golf here. What crazy weather

Been cold here last few days. Today already 70 at 11 a.m. Next 2 days mid 70's. Then Friday 54 and Saturday 45. These are the highs. That's fall for ya. I'm having the family here for Thanksgiving dinner Saturday. About 25 people. Just doing family. Where did they all come from. Just kidding got 3 kids still in calif. with grandkids and great grandkids. Would be well over 60 with mates. Glad we divided the dinner up so each family brings a couple items. Thank God for styro-foam plates and plastic forks. lol.

There should be lots of pretties showing up soon! Waiting with immense anticipation!!!
