November post card swap
 

We will be making One fabric postcard.
This swap is open to all levels of sewing.
*Please post pictures of postcards you receive.
* Cards must measure approx 4" × 6"
* Must be predominantly sewed and/or quilted. Embroidery by hand or machine is also welcome.
* Must have some type of finished edge.
* There are tutorials on YouTube if you need some references.
* Pinterest has many good ideas if you need some inspiration to kick off your creative juices. *If you can take a picture of you postcard before you send it, it would be appreciated. That way if your partner cannot post a picture for some reason, then you can post it. We all love looking at each other's work.
* Note: We will only be sending postcards due to the price of postage. Please let me know if you can send internationally. It costs around $1.15.
*Sign ups start ***Now***. Sign ups end November 3.
*Names assigned November 6
*International Postcards should be sent out by the 10th of the mon
*November -- Leaves or flowers
*December. -- Christmas Trees
*January 2021 - Any way you interpet saying *Hello* to the New Year
*February 2021 - Show the Love any way you want.
*March 2021 - Sunbonnet Sue in Greens
*April 2021 - Umbrellas to keep to keep the April Showers off Sue
*May 2021 - Coffe cups or Tea cups
June 2021 - June is a great month for fishing. So let's see the fish.

This way you can get ahead when you have time and it leaves you time for other projects. Watch for sign ups for these in their proper months. Thanks Everyone

Ok rsea.i haven't made mine yet so I'll be late sending as I'm "down south" but I will be in so that's 2.

I am going down South to Silver Sands this Friday for a week so I will take mine and send it from there if I get a name

I only recently started doing fabric postcards, so am not as good as ya'l lol. But would like to join in on the swap.

can the post cards be a bit bigger than 4x6?

I have seen larger postcards so I don't see why not. Not too much larger though

Thanks, it wouldn't be bigger than say 5x6 or 5x7. I will just redo the one I was working on to make sure the size is 4x6.
