I was smart and copied my partners information onto my desktop so that I wouldnt loose them. AND I saved my buddies list also onto my desktop.

I also cannot send or receive PM's. :( Don't like the white background at all its hard on my eyes. But oh well...can't seem to navigate the site easily anymore either.

Thanks Lori, i also have my SP only thing is, i didn't save any of my stuff and now i am unable to access the group activity to copy the details down. Bugga i was gonna send my package out tomorrow when i go do the banking, so if i don't have access by tonight, it will have to wait until the w/end. My SP is coming your way. :0)

Can someone explain to me how to make the print bigger. I went to settings but didn't see anywhere to change font size.

Lori, I can't get into the matrix, it's the old board references and you can't get any mail, you need to clear out your mailbox (I just spent about 2 1/2 hrs clearing mine out!)

Look at the top of your search engine and click on view & click on zoom.

I couldn't figure out how to delete messages. I clicked on the ones i wanted to delete but do not see a delete button.

down at the bottom right corner click on blue box and you get select delete

I can't get in the matrix or access my sp info from the pm Lori sent me is anyone else having problems

Lori, I tried to reply to your PM about my different SP and have a question but you're full. I deleted everything so I'm empty; brave soul aren't I?

I emptied over 13,000 pm's I saved all of nov pms I had received. Now you can send me messages i lost the 5 new messages I had, sorry!! Open for questions now!! There is no matrix now.

If there is no matrix how do I get to my SP's information. I didn't copy it last night and can't even remember her name, only the city she lives in. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
I deleted my whole mailbox too so if it was in there it is gone.

Lori if you see this post, I think it would be helpful to a lot of us if you resend the group matrix with our SP info. I can't access it either. I usually copy and past the info to my SP file I have on my laptop, but didn't get it done before the big change over.

To make the over all print bigger hold the control button down and use the scroll wheel on your mouse to make it bigger or smaller. Hope this helps you.

there is no group matrix to send! If you need your name of your sp send me a pm and I will get in info for you. Some people have thiers and I wouldn't know who to send to and who not to, so send me a pm I don't have any!!!

Oh my goodness - I went to look for my SP info and can't find the thread that has the info on her - I plan to shop tomorrow - has that thread disappeared? If so I guess I need a copy of the info Lori - sorry.

What's the difference between a super member and a senior member? Hope it has nothing to do with age. LOL
