This is a monthly secret pal swap. There is a sign up every month, and you can
choose whether or not to participate each month. You will get a different partner each month, and the person you send to will may be different than the person you receive from. Failure to send your package after signing up will be cause to be banned from all future swaps. Please do not sign up if you cannot fulfill your obligation. Have fun and be creative!

After receiving your Secret Pal’s details, go to work and put together a package with something you think your pal would like. There is a $15.00 limit on this swap that does not include what you have in your stash. (This does not include shipping) Most swappers do not mind like-new stash items. Please send items you would like to receive. Do not send smelly, holey, or stained fabric. You will need to send me (hav4boys) a PM when mailing and receiving. This way I can keep my records straight. Also send a PM to your SP thanking them. This is an important part of participating. It lets your secret pal know you got their package.

Please take pictures and post in group as everyone likes to see what you get.

Packages need to be mailed out by November 20th, this is a Firm deadline. All International mailings must be mailed by November 10th Firm. If you know that you cannot mail by that date, Please Do Not Sign Up.

For international mailing it is very important that you mark your parcel as a 'Gift' on the Customs Declaration (there's a box you can check). Also, the value should be $10 only (even if you send diamond necklace). The person receiving the package is liable for Import Duty, Tax and a Handling fee. This can cost the person receiving as much as $40.

Padded envelopes are much cheaper to send compared to small boxes. These can be ordered free of charge from the USPS website.

My secret pal loves scrappy quilting.

My new secret pal has 2 what don't you want items that are 2 of my most wanted items. She also has one what don't you want which is also one of my don't want you items. Confused you yet? I am having fun putting her package together. I hope I get this right. Sometimes it is a little harder if your personal ikes are opposites.

I love scrappy quilting but I know so do many others. I don't think it is me. I bought some items for another quilter but I did not get her assigned this time. I sure hope we keep doing this for some time. I am stocking up with some long time swappers in mind. (-:

My secret pal package arrived at its new home.

My stuffed package is in the car and ready to be shipped out. It is going East of me.

I got home this afternoon from unexpectedly spending the weekend with a friend who needed some help as her home health aide quit unexpectedly (ONLY reason I'd do something like this during covid!) and found not one but two packages from our hostess Hav4boys on the kitchen table where my dad had brought them in for me.

Thank you all so much Kathy! Disney Fabric, fluffy socks, thread, pins, a seam ripper and a bag pattern were between the two packages. My partner's package is going out later this week as soon as something arrives!

Looks like a lot of fun stuff and I am sure the socks will be put to good use soon now with winter.

I was able to mail my swap package today after a very long weekend of double shifts and Covid-tests! My partner lives quite far away from me and has a beloved dog, as I do. We have swapped before, both directions, and her interest in a certain hobby has caused me to begin a new project she would probably also enjoy!

Wow wow wow! I received a big package stuffed chock full of goodies from Brenda K this PM!! I will have to wait until tomorrow to post photos, but I must say, I thought it was Christmas already!! Myself, the cats and even Mom say thank you very much, Brenda!! Shame on me. It's now 3 days later and I'm just now getting around to posting photos of the fabulous gift I received from Brenda K. Now Brenda, how did you know that I adore peppermint??? I received among the large number of goodies, a lip gloss (Burts Bees) in peppermint flavor! And hand sanitizer that is also peppermint scented. Boy do I feel special! Ooodles of fat quarters, fabric and a yummy charm pack of Christmas fabrics! Lots of patterns for soft dolls, a towel topper for the kitchen, and everything else I can't remember to list! So here's the pics of my lovely package!

Received a lovely package from MizMelly today and I was home to open it right away! She sent me five different animal themed fabrics, two kitchen towels-one of them a towel topper to hang from my cabinet, two patterns, a tape measure, a seam ripper, two spools of thread, a poker, a pair of snippers with a case, a pretty felt Christmas tag, and a cute card!

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to share that I have received the most amazing swap from Deborah.... again. She always sends the most wonderful packages... and she always includes something for my dog (surrogate child) Chloe.

I received a whole basket full of goodies, and she sent my most wanted items... some Dharma Trading Dyes (cannot be bought over here in the UK) I have wanted to try for a long time and Valdani thread... and a whole host of other things including Buttermilk Basins Ornament book that I have so wanted.... but not an item that could be put on our most wanted list!

Chloe, who always knows when a package is from Deborah was jumping up and down as the postman handed the package to my DH...and she was not disappointed.... she loves the treats that Deborah and Jack (Deborah's dog) send her.

Kathy, thank you for keeping this swap going... we are living in very difficult times and this swap is a little ray of sunshine breaking though the clouds!

Glad you are feeling better! I'm shipping tomorrow as I had to order a few things, we unexpectedly went to a safer at home order with a 3 day notice, the two days before were the days the fabric store is closed due to their already shortened hours. Hope my pal likes what I was able to get!

I have received my package from Rebaquilts. I am having a hard time posting pics up here, will try again tomorrow. She sent me lots of fqs in plum and curry shades to finish my scrappy mountain quilt. Also a lot of 30s reproduction charm packs and some more fabric to finish my quilt. Two quilting magazines, and...my most wanted item..a large quilting ruler in inches, not in centimeters.....Reba, again..thank you so much, i am very happy with everything

Sorry for my absence. I got Covid and it knocked me out. I was in bed 10 straight days.

Four beautiful batiks,3 Russian nesting dolls, a coin purse, Stash and Store,, Candy Cane spoons, Elephant FQ, Hot Coco stirring spoon. Hand Cream, Bag of Christmas candy, 2 Pot Holders,1 Oven Mitt, 1 Dish towel (all in the Gnome for the Holidays design).2 year planner,8 bobbin holders, Stylus, netting for spools. If I forgot anything please forgive me Becky it all is super. Yes, I did have my Christmas early.

I just want to say and extreme thank you. I also got COVID on October 25 and have since recovered, but sadly, my father passed away Tuesday from COVID. I received Carolinepaj’s package just in the middle of all of this, and to say it was a comfort is an understatement. It was just what I needed in a very low place. Hugs. And Wendy, you are so welcome, send me a pic of your mountain quilt when you are finished :-). Hugs again.

Anyone else still waiting for their November swap goodies? Maybe today. Wondering if it is coming from across the pond. I know I send international for some swaps and I only heard back from one and that one took almost 6 weeks to get there.
