I finished my two sets of blocks, I'd like to do something else, any suggestions? I'm cruising around the internet for ideas...

I love both of your blocks. I like the lavendar with the paper-pieced tulip just as it is. The basket is really fun.

I just love your blocks! Great job on them. I would not change them at all.

I too am at a loss for my last set. But, from what I have seen of your other blocks you will find just the right images.

There is Honeymoon cottages, diamond rings, a gift package, a valentine envelope, cupids, and confections as suggestions. The cup cakes are adoreable and people love them. I am thinking even a tiny baby animal with a bow would work. (Like someone is giving you an animal for a gift) Or of course, floral bouquets.

These blocks are awesome, I have 1 more set I want to make and then I'm finished...

Rhonda - love the flower basket. I'd keep the basket green, just maybe a little lighter green. JMO

Thanks everyone for your thoughts...yes, I agree the basket is a bit dark, which is why I asked for opinions...great for spring, but a bit off for Valentines...I'll work on that. Okay, I'll leave the tulip and just do a variety of pinks and lavenders then.

i love the tulip and the basket, i'm thinking of doing a cupid w/ an arrow. i also love to put words in my quilt.
love kissses, hugs, heart, flowers, words like that, breaks it up a bit and adds some intrest and great filler blocks too.
